That same presence shapes every workshop, conversation, and community project she leads.
As a wellness advisor, regenerative design advocate, and creative collaborator, Adriana inspires people to reconnect with nature through hands-on experiences that cultivate both the land and the human spirit. From designing food forests and community gardens to leading eco-activations, permaculture projects, and creative workshops, she believes that when people gather to build, plant, and create together, they cultivate more than beautiful spaces—they cultivate belonging, resilience, and hope.
Adriana also leads Wealth of Wonders, a women's gathering that creates space for authentic conversation, shared wisdom, and personal growth. Through storytelling, reflection, and meaningful connection, she empowers women to recognize their strengths, embrace their life experiences, and discover new possibilities for themselves and their communities.
Adriana's mission is to help people reconnect—with themselves, with one another, and with the living world—because she believes lasting healing begins when we care for both people and the places we share.

Ayala Mishlei Avroya is the founder and Executive Director of Heal & Grow Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and communities discover their gifts through meaningful, hands-on experiences. Guided by the belief that lasting change happens through participation rather than observation, she has built Heal & Grow as a collaborative ecosystem where creativity, education, wellness, nature, entrepreneurship, and community come together to activate care and inspire growth.
Drawing on decades of experience in community leadership, nonprofit development, business, real estate, and family advocacy, Ayala designs programs that empower people of all ages to build practical skills, strengthen confidence, and develop a deeper sense of purpose. Her work connects people with opportunities to create, learn, contribute, and belong.
Whether facilitating a women's gathering, leading a youth entrepreneurship workshop, organizing a community activation, or building partnerships that expand access to enrichment, Ayala's mission remains the same: to help people recognize their potential, transform ideas into action, and strengthen the communities they call home.

With years of experience creating herbal remedies, natural wellness products, and practical lifestyle solutions, she empowers others to discover simple, sustainable ways to support everyday health and well-being.
Karen believes wellness begins with understanding the relationship between people and the natural world. Through hands-on workshops and educational experiences, she teaches participants how herbs, plants, and natural resources can become valuable tools for self-care, healthy living, and personal empowerment.
Known for her warm, approachable teaching style, Karen creates welcoming spaces where learning is practical, encouraging, and accessible. Her mission is to help people build confidence in caring for themselves and their families while reconnecting with the healing gifts found in nature.

Nili Segal leads Heal & Grow's children's enrichment programs, bringing decades of experience helping children discover their strengths through creativity, emotional growth, and joyful learning. As an educator, author, and founder of Shine Children's Workshops, she creates experiences where every child feels seen, valued, and inspired to learn.
Her programs combine storytelling, art, drama, hands-on activities, character development, and timeless values to help children build confidence, resilience, communication skills, and a genuine love of learning. Nili believes every child carries unique gifts, and that education should nurture curiosity, imagination, kindness, and purpose—not simply academic achievement.
With a gift for creating meaningful connections, Nili transforms ordinary lessons into memorable experiences that encourage children to express themselves, strengthen relationships, and grow into compassionate, capable young people who positively impact the world around them.
